The Marketing Manager will focus on developing the brand value of ANZ, thereby building the business. You should ensure the brand is used consistently across all communications. Developing country media strategies will be the key focus of the role. This will require you to drive marketing strategies and initiatives for Consumer Finance and Institutional divisions. Other responsibilities will include developing activity calendar and budgeting strategies.

- The successful incumbent should have good understanding of the current markets to take charge in this role. 5 years of proven experience in handling marketing strategy and campaigns will be required. Good exposure in banking, advertising, PR or insurance industry will be highly regarded. It is mandatory for the candidate to have good communication skills, leadership skills and project management skills. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field will be preferred.
